Event Sales has worked under contract for Crayola for sixteen years, selling their discontinued and closeout product. "Crayola" is a registered trademark.

Product Type

• All product is first quality closeouts.
• Product may consist of crayons, colored pencils, markers, special packaging, stationery, promotional items, activity kits, puzzles, paints, silly putty, etc.
• All product is case packed.

Restrictions

• Product may not be sold to accounts currently selling Crayola regular products.
• There can be no advertising involving the Crayola or Binney & Smith name.
• Some product requires delabeling.

How Sold

• Inventories of closeout product are available for review.
• All product is offered F.O.B. Easton, PA. or Minneapolis, MN.
• All product is subject to prior sale.
• Minimum order is $2,000.
• Call for current availability and pricing.

Payment

• All sales are final.
• Credit may be available to qualified accounts.
• Most orders require payment in advance.
