MARSHALLS

Event Sales exclusively represents the customer returned and marked out-of-stock product for Marshalls discount clothing stores. This contract has been in effect for the past twenty one years.

Product Type

• Product consists of Marshalls customer returned and marked out-of-stock product.
• Marshalls sells primarily brand name clothing for men, women and kids at a sharp discount from regular clothing retailers.
• All product is boxed with a manifest in each box.

Restrictions

• Delabeling is required if any Marshalls' tags or prices are on the merchandise. Those tags must then be removed.
• There can be no advertising involving the Marshalls name.

How Sold

• All loads are sold F.O.B. Event Sales Distribution Center in Minneapolis, MN.
• Product is sold by the piece in minimum lots of 1,000 pieces (approximately 24,000 pieces to a truckload).
• All product is sold "as is."
• Call for current availability and pricing.

Payment

• All sales are final.
• All loads are paid in advance.
