• Products consist of customer returned and marked out-of-stock merchandise.
• There is a great assortment of merchandise including home goods, electronics, sporting goods, clothing, shoes and anything and everything a Shopko store would carry.

Restrictions

• All product is sold "as is."
• There can be no advertising involving Shopko's name.
• Delabeling is required. All references to Shopko must be cut out or blacked out.

How Sold

• All loads are sold F.O.B. DePere, Wisconsin and Boise, Idaho.
• Loads are put on truck by pallets and then top loaded to get the maximum amount of merchandise on the trailer.
• Manifest is provided but does not include pricing. Loads are between $60,000 and $90,000 at Shopko's cost.
• Loads are sold at a percentage of Shopko's cost.

Payment & Terms

• All sales are final.
• All loads are paid in advance.
